As Lead Level Artist, you'll guide a team of environment artists in crafting the stunning, atmospheric locations that bring our games to life. Your work will set the visual tone and help tell stories through environmental storytelling.

Role

What you'll do.

Key responsibilities and day-to-day impact.

Lead and mentor a team of environment and level artists
Establish art direction standards and quality benchmarks
Create key environmental art pieces and set pieces
Collaborate with design to ensure levels support gameplay flow
Review and provide feedback on team work throughout production

Requirements

What you'll need.

Essential skills and experience for this role.

7+ years of experience in environment art with at least 2 years in leadership
Expert proficiency in 3D modeling tools (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
Strong understanding of PBR workflows and texturing
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 and modular environment creation
Demonstrated ability to create atmospheric, narrative-driven spaces

Additional skills that would make you stand out.

Experience with sci-fi or fantasy world-building
Background in lighting and composition
Familiarity with Houdini or procedural tools
shipped AA or AAA titles
